Gardasil® prevented also 100% of types 6-, 11-, 16- and 18-related pre-cancerous and potentially pre-cancerous vulvar and vaginal lesions (VIN1-3 and VaIN1-3) and genital warts; no case was observed in the vaccine group compared to 60 cases in the placebo group.b)
