ADDISON, Texas, April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ULURU Inc. (NYSE Amex: ULU), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of a portfolio of wound management and oral care products, today announced, in compliance with NYSE Amex listing regulations (Company Guide Rule 610(b)), that its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K, filed on March 31, 2011, contained a going concern qualification from its independent registered auditing firm, Lane Gorman Trubitt, PLLC. This announcement does not represent any change or amendment to the company's financial statements or to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010.
