Date:12/29/2011

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Dec. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding Inc. (OTCQ:MDHI.PK) today released the preliminary version of its new television commercial for its MediPendant™ personal medical alarm system with the technology that enables the user to speak and listen directly through the pendant, no matter where they may be in and around their home.

The Company recently announced the signing of a marketing and distribution agreement with Harrington Multi Media Marketing LLC (HM3), one of the leading producers of infomercials and short form direct television spots.  The companies plan to return the MediPendant™ to television advertising during the month of January in order to capitalize on the large and growing market for Personal Emergency Medical Alarms (PERS).

Tim Harrington, CEO of HM3, commented, "We look forward to working with the Medical Alarm Concepts' team.  We believe in this product so much that we are willing to invest our own money in the production of a commerc
