Medco's 2011 National Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Earns CMS 5-Star Quality and Performance Rating

  • Medco pharmacists who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can discuss your mediations with you in the privacy of your own home.
  • Access to Medco Specialist Pharmacists who are specially trained in their practice of treating specific chronic conditions that are most common among people using the Medicare Part D benefit, and are therefore better equipped to identify a potential safety issue and counsel patients on how to stay healthy.
  • Access to the Medco Health Store™, an easy way to buy vitamins and over-the-counter (OTC) medications online.  When beneficiaries use the Medco Health Store, Medco is able to help protect them by making sure there are no harmful interactions between items purchased in the Medco Health Store and the prescription medications on file.

  • Enrollment for the 2011 plan year begins Nov. 15, 2010 with coverage beginning on Jan. 1, 2011.  Those interested in learning more about the Medco Medicare Prescription Plan options can visit http://www.medcomedicare.com/, or call toll-free 1-800-758-3605. TTY/TDD users should call 1-800-716-3231.  Customer Service is available in English and other languages from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.  The Medco Medicare Prescription Drug Plan is a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor.
