International Drug & Explosives Detection Company Identa Corp Reports on New USA Marketing Representative

JERUSALEM, Israel, July 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham today issued a statement on the results of the three day meeting between executives of Identa Corp and the new United States representative for marketing of Identa products.

Mr. Shoham stated, "We have just concluded nine hours of intensive meetings each day for three days with our new representative in USA, and have established a detailed marketing plan to get Identa to the right position in the United States different markets. We have been able to take the information supplied by the former rep. Jant Pharmacal and analyze it and we have established an aggressive detailed marketing plan (with mile stones) on how to continue the penetration into the different American markets.

Based on the new reps background (30 years in American marketing, especially in the military and home land security) and his many successes in the relevant markets, we at Identa feel that we will be able to move ahead with our goals in a reasonable period. Finally we understand that we have found the right "partner" in the American markets."

Mr. Shoham further stated, "Both sides (Identa and the new rep) are committed to the new goals and will invest all the time, energy, money etc. to reach these goals in the first 3-year agreement. The new rep will be busy most of the time only with the Identa's different products. We have decided that everything will be done in day per day connections, and in a full transparency.
