iMD Companies Inc. receives shares of Positive Solutions

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- By action of its Board of Directors, Positive Solutions Clinics, Inc., the subsidiary encompassing the adult & pediatric weight loss and wellness centers as well as the supplement divisions of iMD, issued 30 million shares of common stock to iMD Companies, Inc. (ICBU).  As part of the company's continued reorganization strategy begun earlier this year, Positive Solutions issued the shares to iMD Companies (ICBU), making it the sole shareholder.  iMD now owns 30 million shares of the 50 million shares of common stock authorized by the Board of Positive Solutions.
