CME LLC Announces the Launch of the CME Activity Advances in the Management of Major Depressive Disorders

  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to best sequence administration of antidepressant therapy with adjunctive therapies to enhance response rates and achieve remission
  • Compare and contrast the long-term efficacy, safety, and tolerability of adjunctive therapies indicated for depression to better individualize therapy
  • Understand the relationship between folate and depression, including the contribution of folate to monoamine deficiencies, to determine patient type
  • Review currently available sources of folate supplementation and their potential role in MDD management
  • The online activity is CME-certified and approved for nursing contact hours.  It will be available through October 31, 2012.
