Zimmer Announces Quarterly Dividend for Second Quarter of 2012

WARSAW, Ind., June 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Zimmer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE and SIX: ZMH), a global leader in musculoskeletal care, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend to stockholders for the second quarter of 2012. 

The cash dividend of $0.18 per share will be paid on or about July 27, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2012.  The dividend represents an annual dividend rate of 72 cents per share.  Future declarations of dividends are subject to approval of the Board of Directors and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.
