Zarbee's Partners with K.I.D.S. by Donating Nearly 23,000 Bottles of All-Natural Cough Syrup to Underserved Families Across the Globe
Date:8/22/2012

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Zarbee's, the fastest-growing all-natural, safe and drug-free line of cough products, today announced its partnership with K.I.D.S.: A Global Children's Charity to donate 22,872 bottles of cough products to underserved children in distressed areas of Guatemala and North Korea.

Dedicated to ensuring that families across the globe stay healthy this cough and cold season, Zarbee's announced the generous donation under its new Zarbee's Cares initiative.  A global mission, Zarbee's Cares is designed to help keep children and adults cough and cold-free by providing the tools they need to get and stay healthy.

The product donation will consist of bottles of Zarbee's all-natural, drug-free cough products, safe and effective for children 12 months and up. Zarbee's products are formulated from a special blend of vitamins and antioxidant-rich dark honeys which have been proven to calm coughs and soothe sore throats in young children. The line was created by Dr. Zak Zarbock, pediatrician and father of four.

"At Zarbee's, our mission is to keep both kids and adults healthy, especially during cough and cold season, when everyone is prone to getting sick," says Dr. Zak Zarbock, founder of Zarbee's.  "Through our Zarbee's Cares initiative, we are expanding our efforts across the globe to ensure that our products are available to those who may otherwise not have access to them," he adds.

"It is our distinct pleasure to join forces with K.I.D.S. to provide families with safe and natural cough solutions for both adults and children living in difficult circumstances," says Bryce Johnson, CEO of Zarbee's.  "When we learned of the need for safe and effective wellness products to help these underserved individuals, we were compelled to take action. We are so grateful to K.I.D.S. for giving us the ability to reach these families and do our part to help them," he adds.
