ZEISS finaliza con éxito su año fiscal 2012/13

Los ingresos llegan a un nuevo récord superior

ZEISS ha terminado el año fiscal 2012/13 con éxito (fecha de información: 30 de septiembre de 2013), registrando un nuevo récord de ingresos elevados. La compañía ha generado unos ingresos que alcanzaron los 4.190 millones de euros (año anterior: 4.163 millones de euros) y unas ganancias (EBIT) de 335 millones de euros (año anterior: 420 millones de euros). Los grupos empresariales de meteorología industrial y tecnología médica registraron un crecimiento especialmente destacado. "En el año fiscal 2012/13, alcanzamos y superamos en parte nuestros objetivos. ZEISS consiguió un buen rendimiento pese al complicado entorno empresarial y la debilidad de la economía en el inicio del año", explicó el doctor Michael Kaschke, director general y consejero delegado de Carl Zeiss AG. "No hemos realizado compromisos de cara a nuestro programa de inversión de múltiples años - el mayor en toda la historia de la compañía - pero seguimos implementándolo de forma consistente y sistemática".

El número de empleados llegó hasta los 24.623 en todo el mundo. La compañía aumentó sus gastos en actividades de investigación y desarrollo en un 5%, llegando a los 411 millones de euros. Las inversiones en propiedad, planta y equipamiento alcanzaron los 245 millones de euros.
