X-Change Corporation Launches Upgraded Version of Phytiva Website, As Company Targets Distribution of Phytiva Product Line in United States and Worldwide, Extracts and New Products in Europe
Date:5/15/2013

DALLAS, May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- X-Change Corp. (NASDAQ OTC: XCHC), a U.S. Company specializing in cannabinoid formulation-based health solutions through its Phytiva brand product lines is excited to announce the launch of its new website at www.phytiva.com.  The website's design has been upgraded for a more interesting and effective viewing experience and a powerful Patient Resource Center for sharing of critical information.  The Company launches the new website as it targets distribution of the Phytiva product line in the U.S. and worldwide, while preparing the release of extracts and other new products in the European market.

The upgraded website will allow X-Change Corp to focus on targeted markets in a more efficient manner both geographically and ailment-specific.  The geographical markets include Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States and Canada.  Ailments initially targeted include arthritis, AIDS/HIV, Alzheimer's, general anti-aging, asthma, autism, cancer, chronic pain management, diabetes, digestive diseases, glaucoma, high blood pressure, influenza, multiple sclerosis, and PTSD.

The premier upgrade to the website is the "Patient Resource Center".  The Patient Resource Center will be utilized by our customers to share information about themselves and also about their experiences with cannabinoid-based products.  This platform will allow substantial exchange of information and experience to not only better inform patients but also to provide the Company with a real time connection to data that may be rapidly translated into improved products and development of new and needed solutions, all at an ever more competitive price for customers.

Moreover, patients, caregivers, doctors, and other Center-registered users can visit this area of the website to share their experiences with cannabinoid treatments and track their progress. With this new technology, for example, medical cannabis patients will be able to join a secure, web-based, information-sharing community.  Using a username and password, patients will have the ability to login and record their daily progress, while they self-administer their cannabinoid treatments.  Patients will also have the ability to add pictures or videos to demonstrate visually the progress of their treatments.

Immediately, the website will provide for pre-registration for the Patient Resource Center while the Center is under final-stage development.  The website also features the stories of four patients who have opted to self-administer cannabinoid-based oils to treat their squamous and basal cell carcinomas, with picture evidence of the apparent eradication of these lesions.

In the future, the website will also include an online store for the purchase of over the counter nutraceutical and cosmeceutical product lines. As always, press releases and breaking news are still viewable on the site, as well as information for investors and profiles of the management team's members.

About Phytiva

Phytiva is the newly launched brand that is a hybrid of a proven, existing product line that has been well-managed and conservatively-run for over a decade with a hemp-based product line, utilizing the unique and potent benefits of the hemp plant. Phytiva's revolutionary formulations target not just the symptom, but also the cause.  Hemp is the ideal basis for healing solutions and has been utilized for centuries, as skin responds extremely well to its properties.

Phytiva strives to be one of the quintessential cosmeceutical and nutraceutical brands in the world. As cosmetics and nutrition are personal, over-the-counter markets, they continuously evolve with the introduction of new formulations and products, creating a multibillion-dollar global market.  The Company believes that Phytiva will capture a substantial and highly profitable portion of that market, as Phytiva becomes a household name.

About The X-Change Corporation
