WuXi PharmaTech Files 2010 Annual Report on Form 20-F

(NYSE: WX) today announced that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. WuXi PharmaTech will provide a hard copy of its annual report on Form 20-F containing complete audited financial statements free of charge to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
