With Launch of Consumer Product ActiveCare Announces New Head of Sales and Marketing

At Nature's Way he extended the specialty retail & health food focused Nature's Way brand into the mass market, building a multi-million dollar business in food, drug, mass market and warehouse club stores.  He also worked closely with Nature's Way's mass market retail partners, including Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, CVS, Rite Aid, Target and other retailers in the food, drug, mass and warehouse club channels.

Bringing its products & services to market, ActiveCare will reach consumers through direct marketing, online marketing programs and partnerships, caregiver and healthcare professional partnerships, and at retail. Mr. Gumner will leverage his experience in multiple distribution channels and with a multitude of communications media to reach target consumers with a meaningful message and informative, credible communications. David has already begun to build a distributor network, retail partnerships, and effective communications materials and marketing programs to build awareness of ActiveCare.  

Mr. Gumner is a "classically-trained" consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketer, beginning his career at Procter & Gamble followed by Kraft Foods.  David earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University and his MBA from Cornell University.
