Non-GAAP Financial MeasuresTo supplement Winner Medical's consolidated financial results presented in accordance with U.S. GAAP, Winner Medical uses the following non-GAAP measures: adjusted net income attributable to Winner Medical Group Inc., adjusted earnings per share, adjusted income from operations and adjusted selling, general and administrative expenses. These measures represent net income attributable to Winner Medical Group Inc., earnings per share, income from operations and selling, general and administrative expenses, respectively, as adjusted to exclude share-based compensation expense.
