THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Located in The Woodlands, Texas, the Voss Law Firm, P.C. has recently upgraded office space to better accommodate their growing clientele. Their new amenities include 8000 square feet in a southern style building in the local area, which better allows them to serve clients residing throughout the entire state of Texas. Their new plush offices includes an improved client waiting area, as well as more conference rooms and just more space in general to allow for their firm to continue in new growth.

At the Voss Law Firm, P.C., they are committed to helping clients who have been wrongfully victimized – especially those who have been hurt by the implantation of surgical mesh. In recent years, transvaginal mesh has become an increasing problem for women throughout the nation who have had it surgically implanted to help deal with the side effects of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

Unfortunately, this surgery which was promoted as a solution quickly turned into an even more painful problem, resulting in adverse side effects. Just some of the consequences of the surgical mesh have included mesh erosion, mesh shrinkage, excessive bleeding, pain during sexual intercourse and organ perforation. In some cases it has resulted in a relapse of the POP. Beyond that, due to the scar tissue which grows over the mesh, it makes it nearly impossible for women to have the mesh fully removed.

This resulted in several severe FDA warnings – the latest coming during the summer of 2011. During this most recent warning, the FDA stated that the side effects which were previously classified as "rare" were actually fairly common in female patients.
