ViVre Medical Launches Lifesaving Medical Device

PORTSMOUTH, Va., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- ViVre Medical today launches Lifeguard30(TM), the newest life saving tool for consumers to arm themselves with information that may potentially save their life in an emergency. Lifeguard30(TM) is a system that is designed to help ensure critical medical information is available to emergency medical service (EMS) professionals in situations where patients are unable to speak for themselves.

Lifeguard30 is a complete system designed to store and transport personal medical information for use at the scene of a medical emergency. The device stores identification and personal information, medications, allergies, medical conditions, emergency contacts and more, digitally viewable on the device.

"For medical responders one of their main obstacles for providing good medical care is obtaining patient information," said James Ramsey, President of ViVre Medical. "Lifeguard30(TM) provides the owner up-to-date emergency medical information on the spot without a phone, computer or internet access."

To ensure constant, accurate access to medical information a variety of technologies and back-up systems have been built into Lifeguard30(TM). In addition to the unit there is the LifeSupport(TM) back-up system that can be used to retrieve medical information if the device is damaged, destroyed or missing. Utilizing the patient's unique LifePin(TM) records can be accessed online or via the phone.
