Varian Medical Systems Schedules Annual Stockholder Meeting in Palo Alto

PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR) announced today that its Board of Directors has scheduled the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for February 9, 2012 with a record date of December 13, 2011. The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel, 4290 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306 at 4:30 p.m. PT.
