pping into the ethic of national and community service to meet the unique and challenging needs of those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. He reminded all what Dr. Martin Luther King said over 30 years ago, "Everyone can be great because everyone can serve."

In past years dignitaries ranging from President Bill Clinton to Governor Edward Rendell to Lieutenant Governor Catherine Baker Knoll have inaugurated new ACTS members. Tomorrow, the common expectation and common experience of community service will be witnessed by those ACTS members sworn into active service.
