Tough ethical, regulatory and compliance issues remain huge challenges. In an effort to help firms meet these challenges, the University of Miami School of Business Administration in October 2013 will offer an innovative training program designed specifically for compliance officers and related health care industry executives whose firms currently do, or intend to do, business in Latin America.
The Latin American Health Care Compliance Certificate Program is a collaborative effort of the School's Center for Health Sector Management and Policy, Office of Executive Education, and corporate partners including Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young. Participants in the program will gain a thorough understanding via highly interactive training modules. The program provides Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
