United Seating & Mobility and Affiliates Reach Agreement with RehabTECH Inc. to Acquire 3 Branch Locations

ST. LOUIS, Dec. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- United Seating & Mobility (USM), one of the nation's premier mobility and rehab equipment suppliers, is excited to announce today that it has finalized a transaction with RehabTECH Inc. to acquire 3 branch locations.  

The transaction applies to Fridley, MN serving the greater Minneapolis Area, Oak Creek, WI serving the greater Milwaukee Area, and Appleton, WI; RehabTECH will continue to operate its Illinois and Indiana locations.
