United Seating & Mobility Reaches Agreement With Alliance Homecare Equipment to Acquire its Complex Mobility Business

ST. LOUIS, Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- United Seating & Mobility (USM), one of the nation's premier complex mobility equipment suppliers, is excited to announce today that it has finalized a transaction with Alliance Homecare Equipment to acquire its Complex Mobility Business located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Alliance Homecare is a leading provider of Home Medical Equipment (HME) and services including oxygen, DME and sleep therapy in the Little Rock area and will continue to operate as a full service HME provider.
