Unisense FertiliTech A/S sichert 24 Millionen USD an neuen Kapitalinvestitionen

Das dänische Medizintechnikunternehmen Unisense FertiliTech A/S gibt eine neue Partnerschaft mit Oticon Funds Investmentunternehmen William Demant Invest (WDI) bekannt. Nach dem Kauf von neuen und bereits vorhandenen Anteilen am Unternehmen im Wert von 24 Millionen USD hält WDI nun 32 % der Anteile an Unisense FertiliTech A/S.

Unisense FertiliTech A/S entwickelt und stellt Produkte zur Verbesserung der Behandlung bei künstlicher Befruchtung her. In den letzten zwei Jahren ist das Unternehmen schnell gewachsen und ist nun in mehr als 30 Ländern weltweit vertreten. Zusätzlich zu aktuellen Hardware- und Softwareproduktangeboten gibt es eine bestehende Produktpipeline in der Entwicklung, die über ein bedeutendes kommerzielles Potenzial in der IVF-Branche verfügt.

Durch diese neue Partnerschaft und die Investition wird das Unternehmen in die exzellente Lage versetzt, seine langfristige Strategie entwickeln und das weltweite Wachstum im Verkauf von bereits bestehenden und neuen Produkten von FertiliTech beschleunigen zu können.
