Unilife Corporation to Announce Financial Results for Fiscal 2012 Third Quarter on Thursday, April 26, 2012

YORK, Pa., April 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Unilife Corporation ("Unilife" or "Company") (NASDAQ: UNIS;  ASX: UNS) announced today that it intends to release its financial results for the fiscal 2012 third quarter ended March 31, 2012 after market trading ends on Thursday, April 26, 2012.

Management has scheduled a conference call for 4:30 p.m. U.S. EDT on Thursday, April 26, 2012 (Friday, April 27, 2012 at 6:30 AM AEST), to review the Company's financial results, market trends, and future outlook.  The conference call will be broadcast over the Internet as a "live" listen only Webcast. Listeners are urged to login approximately 20 minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin in order to register, as well as download and install any necessary audio software.
