UBM Canon Medical Device Content Team Announces Upcoming Virtual Event Content Topics

UBMCanon/EquipmentDesignforAnEvolvingMedicalMarket/6_29_2011/Microsite/AM11__JuneVE_Agenda.html">Portability, Next-Generation Imaging Equipment, Telehealth/Telemedicine, and Choosing the Right MCU/MPU and Operating System.

Remaining 2011 virtual events include: Development of Companion Diagnostics for Personalized Medicine, hosted by IVD Technology and Qmed on October 4, 2011, followed by a DesignMed Virtual Event, hosted by EE Times, MED, MD+DI, and Qmed on October 18, 2011.

An OEM's Guide to Outsourcing virtual event will take place on November 9, 2011, and will be hosted by MD+DI, MPMN, CMDM, and Qmed.  Attendees will benefit from a variety of engaging presentations, panel discussions, and chat sessions that will serve to educate medical device OEMs on a selection of contract manufacturing topics that will include: Outsourcing to Asia, Micromanufacturing, Quality and Testing, Medical Packaging, and Design Trends.

The UBM Canon Events Division also offers two MD&M Online events scheduled during the year. The MD&M Online events are presented in two editions (West and East), two days each and are focused on regional audiences. Just like the face-to-face MD&M Events, MD&M Online features an exhibit hall and conference program focused on the medical design life cycle. MD&M Online, West Edition, will take place
