The Societe Internationale d'Urologie launches SIU Academy, a powerful new resource for urologists.

MONTREAL, March 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Societe Internationale d'Urologie is pleased to announce the launch of SIU Academy , a powerful new eLearning resource for urologists. Engineered for the cloud, SIU Academy can be accessed anywhere in the world. All users need is an Internet connection and a smartphone, tablet or computer to access a rich library of educational material specifically developed for urologists. The portal is a source of relevant and timely information on a variety of urological topics.

SIU Academy offers a wide range of searchable educational material, including: lectures, videos, case studies, webcasts, reviews, reports and more. The portal uses a powerful search algorithm that gives users the ability to filter, drill down and browse content quickly and easily. Content can be searched by topic, author, speaker, event, keywords­, or a combination of any of these fields. For select content material, users can even directly contact leading urologists around the world to ask questions and post comments.

As the SIU's official eLearning portal, SIU Academy will help promote global education and cooperation in urology.
