Date:6/6/2011

CHICAGO, June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Premier Basketball League announced today that Scientific Imaginetics® , the global leader in non-invasive pain relief technology, has come on board as a corporate sponsor for the 2012 PBL season. Scientific Imaginetics' TMR® technology is a non-invasive medical device that has been cleared by the FDA as the physician prescribed and supervised treatment  for the relief of chronic intractable pain, as well as post surgical and post traumatic acute pain.

"Scientific Imaginetics® is thrilled to be associated with the Premier Basketball League and to be able to bring our proprietary TMR® pain relief treatment to its players," said John Crosson, President/CEO of Scientific Imaginetics®.

TMR® 's treatment times vary based on the diagnosed condition and number of locations to be treated. TMR uses electromagnetic current administered through two surgical steel-tipped probes actively administered by a trained professional.

"The rigors of professional sports take a toll on even the most highly tuned athletes. We are proud to have such an industry leader join the Premier Basketball League and help where our athletes need it most. We are strong advocates of health and safety in sports, and Scientific Imaginetics®  shares this goal and philosophy for both the PBL and the health industry at large," commented PBL President Brij Desai.

This is another on the list of exciting announcements the Premier Basketball League has been unveiling during this off season.
