Date:11/8/2013

HARTFORD, Conn., Nov. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Many reports have suggested that the last three months of the year often leads to the majority of the weight Americans will gain that year. The hcg diet has been around for more than half a century after it was introduced by Dr. Simeons as a weight loss protocol. Since that time there have been many detractors of the plan but there has also been many supporters of the program who credit the diet for helping them lost 10 or 20 lbs in as little as a month.

No one says the journey will be easy, in fact after the loading days the diet calls for a rapid decrease in calories for 26 days. The calories will range between 500-800 depending on a numb
