Tekni-Plex, Inc. To Hold Teleconference To Discuss Financial Results For Fiscal Year 2013 On September 12, 2013

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Sept. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tekni-Plex, Inc. announced today it has posted its annual report and that it will host an investor teleconference to discuss its financial results for the fiscal year 2013 on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at 4:30 pm EDT.   

On the teleconference, senior executives will make a formal presentation, followed by a question and answer session. The teleconference will be open to holders of, beneficial owners of, and prospective investors in, the Company's outstanding Senior Secured Notes; Term Loan Lenders; securities analysts; and market makers.
