opment credit and an increase in the deduction for qualified production activities.  The effective rates for the prior fiscal year were abnormally low due to the tax benefit received following repatriation of funds from the U.K. to the U.S.  Excluding this benefit, the effective tax rates for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 would have been 32.8%.  Effective tax rates for fiscal 2012 are expected to be 31% to 33%.
