(NYSE Amex: TPI), a pharmaceutical company that specializes in patented biopharmaceutical, modernized traditional Chinese medicine (mTCM), branded generics and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) today updated that the Company's 2012 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held at 130 w. 42nd Street, Suite 1050 (on the 10th Floor, conference room of the law office of Hunter Taubman Weiss LLP), New York, NY 10036 on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 10:00 am (ET), relocated from the previous meeting site at 17 State Street, New York, NY 10004. You may also use another entrance of the same building at 135 w. 41st Street. When you arrive on the 10th Floor, please look for signs of "Tianyin Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. Annual Meeting." TPI's Board of Directors had established Monday, March 11, 2013, as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
