Date:4/27/2010

CRANBURY, N.Y., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Systech International, leader of Packaging Execution Systems (PES), commemorates 25 years of excellence in packaging technology.  For nearly three decades, Systech has addressed the unique needs of leading manufacturers worldwide by providing vision inspection, line management, performance metrics and serialization.

Systech has a long history of adapting and responding to advances in the pharmaceutical packaging industry and has established itself as an innovative partner to manufacturers, contract packagers and OEMs around the globe.  Some of the company's most recent examples of providing their customers with the latest technology offerings and support include:

  • Released the 3rd generation of its Serialized Product Tracking (SPT) application. Systech SPT is on over 150 packaging lines worldwide that are either installed, underway or contracted.
  • Developed its U.S. patent-pending Item Process Stream (IPS) methodology to provide manufacturers with technology that they can continually leverage to efficiently address both current and future packaging needs at multiple sites worldwide.
  • Continues to evolve its products and applications as part of its complete PES.  The company's productized PES is comprised of software that can be quickly installed.  It gives customers a configurable and expandable alternative to custom built solutions that are often rigid and difficult to implement.
  • Established its European headquarters in Belgium to enhance its in-region support and to bolster its international presence.
  • Expanded its Professional Services teams with a number of new field-proven project managers as well as field and project engineers.  The company has also increased its customer support teams to provide levels 1, 2 and 3 support to fulfill the company's Service Level Agreements.

"Our suite of software has emerged as the most relied upon technology across packaging lines, and we are proud to provide leading solutions to meet our customers' needs," states Robert DeJean, President & CEO, Systech International.  "We are dedicated to implementing advances in packaging solutions and look forward to serving our customers with distinction for the next 25 years."

Through expansions of facilities and service, Systech has been able to accommodate the exponential growth of the packaging industry.  With its corporate headquarters in Cranbury, NJ and international headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, Systech employs 100+ people and serves more than 26 countries worldwide.  The company plans to mark its 25 year milestone in a series of customer-focused activities throughout 2010, culminating at Pack Expo this fall.
