SynteractHCR Supports the San Diego Rescue Mission for Second Year in a Row

e mid-1980s SDRM opened a larger facility and took an innovative approach to provide long-term solutions by creating programs that included education and vocational training.

There are currently 10,000 homeless individuals in San Diego County. SDRM provides 12,500 nights of shelter, over 37,000 hot, nutritious meals and more than 82,000 hours of education, work training, rehabilitation to the residents in its long-term care programs. "San Diego Rescue Mission appreciates the generosity of individuals and corporations, like SynteractHCR, that help us change lives and restore hope to people struggling with homelessness, abuse, addiction and hunger," said Herb Johnson, SDRM President and CEO.
