Synteract und Harrison Clinical Research vereinbaren die Gründung eines multinationalen Auftragsforschungsinstituts

Als Finanzberater von Synteract fungierte die Firma Fairmount Partners, und KPMG International lieferte die Finanzberatung für HCR. Einzelheiten der Transaktion wurden nicht offengelegt.

Das neue Unternehmen wird seine neue Markenidentität und -botschaft im Rahmen des  DIA EuroMeeting in Amsterdam vom 4. bis 6. März 2013 (Stand 616) präsentieren. Zudem wird Dr. med. Andrei Kravchenko , Niederlassungsleiter in der Ukraine, an der Diskussionsrunde zum Thema „Verbesserung der Effizienz in der klinischen Forschung" am Dienstag, dem 5. März von 14 Uhr bis 15.30 Uhr mitteleuropäischer Zeit als Sitzungsleiter teilnehmen.
