Stewart Rahr Celebrates Forbes 400 Rankings

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The recently released Forbes 400 list ranked gregarious, flamboyant philanthropic Billionaire Stewart Rahr as the 327th richest person.  According to Forbes, Mr. Rahr ranked with a net worth estimated at $1.7 Billion Dollars.

Stewart Rahr is a proud self-made man who has never lost touch with his roots. He founded Kinray, which until the time of sale was the largest privately-held pharmaceutical/generic distributor in the world. Mr. Rahr is a philanthropist, who is the largest donor in the history of Make-A-Wish, responsible for making countless dreams come true for the 'Make a Wish' children. 

His donations have benefitted hundreds of organizations including: The Buoniconti Fund, The Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, Keep a Child Alive, The Prostate Cancer Foundation, the NYU School of Medicine, Faster Cures, Robin Hood Foundation, Melanoma Research Alliance, Friends of the Israel Defense Forces and many more.
