Spring Creek Healthcare Systems Initiates Strategy to Partner and License DelRX Patents
Date:12/12/2011

NEW YORK, Dec. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Spring Creek Healthcare Systems, Inc. (OTC.BB: SCRK.OB), a healthcare solutions company distributing cutting edge solutions for the medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, announced today the launch of its marketing effort to license its DelRX patents.

Spring Creek holds exclusive rights to an innovative drug delivery system that uses a patented process for administering medicine via the mouth, more specifically the inner lining of the cheek, known medically as the buccal mucosa.  This oral spray process compares favorably with the foremost technologies in nasal inhalation and injection, and has the advantage of being nonintrusive and convenient.

Kelly T. Hickel, Spring Creek CEO commented, "After an IP portfolio review we have elected to launch a marketing effort to license our DelRX patents to prospective clients in the oral diabetes medication space. We have identified a number of companies who could benefit from licensing these patents and are in negotiations with one of those companies."  He continued, "We are excited to launch this effort in order to realize revenues and create shareholder value."
