Spectrum Control to Release Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2010 Results; Host Conference Call on January 10, 2011

FAIRVIEW, Pa., Dec. 29, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spectrum Control, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPEC), a leading designer and manufacturer of custom electronic products and systems, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 results on Monday, January 10, 2011, after the close of the market. Following the release, Spectrum Control will host a conference call at 4:45 PM, Eastern Time, to discuss the Company's operating results for the quarter and fiscal year ended November 30, 2010.

The call will be available as a live webcast via the Internet at www.spectrumcontrol.com or www.vcall.com. Please allow 15 minutes to register, download and install any necessary audio software. A replay of the conference call will be available through January 17, 2011, at 877-660-6853, access account 286, conference 364032 or for 30 days over the Internet at the Company's website.
