Soligenix Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock and Warrants

pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-184762), which was declared effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on June 20, 2013 (the "Registration Statement").  Pursuant to the Registration Statement and related prospectus, the Company may sell, on a best efforts basis, up to an aggregate of 9,523,809 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 7,142,857 shares of common stock on the same terms.
