111,357,796* In fiscal year 2009 after the fourth quarter press release on March 16, 2010, the Company recognized a goodwill impairment charge of RMB76.4 million and an equity loss of RMB55.6 million associated with the acquisition of Jiangsu Yanshen.  Accordingly, the unaudited financial data of the fourth quarter 2009 were adjusted in the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009 filed in the Form 20-F on June 30, 2010 to reflect the revised purchase price allocation in respect of the acquisition of Jiangsu Yanshen in 2009.
