Shelia Barchuk Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Business Management

WINTER GARDEN, Fla., May 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Shelia Barchuk , Owner of Custom Care Janitorial Services, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Custom Care is a commercial janitorial company that specializes in cleaning the facilities of mail-order pharmacies. The company is run by Ms. Barchuk and her husband, who combine their pharmacy and cleaning experience, respectively, to contribute to their clients' high standards of excellence in servicing their patients.

Ms. Barchuk attributes her success to her high standards, accountability, and being responsible for her own actions. She became involved in her profession because she has been in the pharmacy industry since 1977. Her previous experience includes 14 years at a children's hospital working in its pharmacy specializing in oncology. She also has experience in retail, nursing home care, mail order pharmacies, and compounding labs. She decided to partner with her husband, who has a janitorial background, and she has progressed in the industry since.

Ms. Barchuk studied at the University of West Georgia. She is a registered pharmacy technician with certifications in compounding, chemotherapy, sterile products, and aseptic technique. To stay in contact with other professionals in her industry, she became a member of the National Pharmacy Technician Association, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the National Association of Board Pharmacists, and the Florida Department of Health. In the near future, Ms. Barchuk wishes to expand the business so that her son-in-law and daughter can also partner with them and continue to provide the same quality of service.
