A limitation of using non-GAAP financial measures excluding expenses relating to or the effect of share-based compensation is that these expenses and effects have been and will continue to be significant recurring expenses in the Company's business for the foreseeable future. Management compensates for these limitations by providing specific information regarding the GAAP amount excluded from each non-GAAP measure.
