Sensus Healthcare Announces Dr. Clay Cockerell as Medical Director

BOCA RATON, Fla., July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sensus Healthcare is pleased to announce Dr. Clay Cockerell as Medical Director. Dr. Cockerell will lead the distinguished members of the Medical Advisory Board as the Company continues to provide technology for non-invasive skin cancer treatment for NMSC as well as treatment for keloid scars.

Dr. Cockerell is a practicing dermatologist and dermatopathologist in Dallas, Texas.  He is Director of Cockerell and Associates Dermpath Diagnostics Laboratories, Clinical Professor of Dermatology and Pathology and Director of Dermatopathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. 

Dr. Cockerell received his MD degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1981.  He has authored over 500 publications and has been responsible for training over 40 Dermatopathology fellows since 1988.  He has lectured extensively across the United States and around the world.
