EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVNT) today announced that the Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time during which it will provide further detail around its KRYSTEXXA™ launch plans.

Conference Call Information

Savient's management team will host a live conference call on October 26, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. To participate by telephone, please dial (888) 357-3694 (Domestic) or (973) 890-8276 (International).  The conference identification number is 20949091.  The live and archived webcast can be accessed on the investor relations section of the Savient website at www.savient.com.  Please log on to Savient's website fifteen minutes prior to the start of the call to ensure adequate time for any downloads that may be necessary.
