Sam Solakyan announces Paramount Management Services is now a full-scale MSO

ANAHEIM, Calif., Sept. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramount Management Services, Inc. is proud to announce that we have merged with Sovrin Health Systems to become a full-scale Management Services Organization (MSO). "This merger is going to be mutually beneficial to both parties, and we're excited to see what's to come in the future," says CEO of Paramount, Sam Solakyan.

Paramount Management was founded by Global Holdings in 2003 Paramount provides consolidation services as well as billing and collections management, helping practices optimize their efficiency by creating dynamic and streamlined workflow. "It's important in this ever-changing industry that physicians and their practices stay up to date on all that the latest technologies have to offer," Sam Solakyan says. Paramount aims to use innovative motivational strategies and proven successful management models to make that happen. Staying ahead of trends and using solid, research-based sources to keep an eye on the future is Paramount's goal.

Sovrin Health Systems is a Revenue Cycle Management Company that works with exclusive software and business practices created by a computer engineer and an attorney whose combined experience make up over 30 years in healthcare law and revenue cycle management. Sovrin has created proprietary techniques in the handling of the Patient to Payer encounter. This starts as soon as the patient makes the first call to their doctor and ends when the doctor has received appropriate payment for the services provided. Robert Silverman, Executive Vice President of Sovrin, states, "The denial of payment is based upon legal principles with each major insurance company having teams of lawyers in house and even more on retainer, all there to gain an advantage over the medical provider. Sovrin levels the playing field." With a strong legal background, Sovrin's focus extends to five key areas: Benefit Management, Contract Management, Claims/Coding/Billing, Denial Management, and Revenue Recovery of aged Accounts Receivable.

In joining our experience and expertise, Paramount/Sovrin is an MSO with capabilities to cater to any size healthcare delivery system. "MSO's are a new take an on already successful idea," states Sam Solakyan. "We are applying the concept of a co-op to medical services and bringing together a wide range of medical professionals to better suit the needs of our patients."

MSO's make up a rapidly growing industry that provides physicians with customized services and tools that streamline operations, implement cost control, and improve quality of care. They offer a wide selection of options tailored to suit each individual practice and are designed to act as efficient, cost-effective alternatives to in-house administrative services. Some of the advantages of an MSO are group purchased benefits and billing, advanced human resource management, medical professional ownership, access to capital, experienced management expertise, and group purchasing of legal and accountant services. MSO's also offer smaller or individual practices with options that allow them to remain their own entities rather than entering into larger affiliations which compromise their autonomy. "We're providing an alternative to more expensive and entangling programs, many of which have flash but no substance," says Sam Solakyan "We've got the knowledge and experience to really make a difference and bring physicians back to the traditional values of the medical field."

At Paramount, we are committed to equipping practices with a stable infrastructure that facilitates clear, continuous communication and peak productivity. This includes readily available, transparent data that cultivates an expectation of informed decision making and accountability at all levels of organization. Paramount CEO, Sam Solakyan states, "The Sovrin team is a group of dedicated individuals whose vision provides an ideal complement to our own. Together we will provide a unique synergy that will allow physicians and healthcare providers to return to a patient-centered focus while exponentially improving their business."

Currently, Paramount/Sovrin is engaged as a consultant to La Peer Surgery Center, located in Beverly Hills, California and named as one of the top 100 Greatest Places to Work by Becker's ASC Review. In addition, we have been analyzing a number of new healthcare entities in order to assess their particular needs and quickly take over management, charge capture, intake, billing, collections, verifications, coding, expansion planning and execution of their business lines. Among these companies are the Grossman Burn Centers, plastic surgery based medical centers dedicated to not only helping burn victims survive their injuries but to providing them with care that restores them as close to their previous condition as possible.  With locations in California, Arizona, and soon Missouri, the Burn Centers have a worldwide reputation as leading innovators in burn treatment and care. Also engaged with Paramount/Sovrin is the Ahwatukhee Surgery Center in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 26 years of experience, Ahwatukhee performs surgical procedures in Podiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Plastic Surgery. The doctors at Ahwatukhee not only specialize in providing the best care possible for their patients, but stand by their side during and after the procedures, ensuring that they land on their feet. "All of these practices have a great deal to offer the medical field and we are very happy to be able to assist them in their growth. When businesses come together to work as a cohesive team then there really is no stopping the potential. The sky's the limit," says Sam Solakyan.

Paramount and Sovrin, along with these three practices among others, come together to make up the key components of this MSO venture.

"We are thrilled to be taking our services to a new level of excellence," says Solakyan. "With Paramount and Sovrin's substantial knowledge and cutting-edge technology, along with our dedicated staff of diligent and innovative individuals, there is no end to what we can accomplish."
