SSL International plc Embraces TrackWise(R) Software for Global Quality and Compliance Efforts

HOLMDEL, N.J., Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Sparta Systems, Inc., the maker of TrackWise software and the market leader in enterprise quality and compliance solutions, today announced that SSL International plc, a rapidly expanding consumer product company and the parent company for globally recognized brands such as Durex and Scholl, has gone live with TrackWise Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS). The company is now leveraging the TrackWise system to harmonize and streamline quality operations that include Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management, audits and document management.

In any global manufacturing operation, unavoidable incidents arise in the manufacturing process that require swift resolution and assurance that they will be prevented from future occurrence. For this reason SSL International, which operates in 35 countries across the globe, required an EQMS solution that would enable efficient, closed-loop CAPA management while also providing a complete solution for document management for stricter oversight and streamlined processes in compliance with industry regulations.

SSL turned to Sparta Systems to provide a flexible solution for CAPA management, as well as an end-to-end quality and document management system. The company chose TrackWise EQMS due to its consistent interface, configurability and broad interoperability. This enabled the solution to integrate quickly with legacy systems. Now fully deployed, SSL possesses a centralized platform for streamlining these vital global quality operations, with plans to further expand the solution to include management of audits.
