he also collaborated with other executive leaders to develop and implement an organizational strategic plan, identify gaps and design solutions for performance improvement, and provide guidance and oversight for two key Medical Home projects enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly.

Ms. Chater's other prior professional roles include serving as President of KDI Health Solutions, LLC, and playing an instrumental role in the Asheville Project, which serves as a model for delivering health solutions and patient-centric care through community pharmacy.  Ms. Chater is an Elected Member and Past-President of the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy and has served as Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapy at the University Of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy.  She earned both her Master's Degree in Public Health and her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
