Rolta gewinnt Follow-on Award für Engineering Systems für Sadara, Saudi-Arabien im Wert von mehreren Millionen Dollar

Rolta gab heute bekannt, additional scope für Arbeiten für Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara) erhalten zu haben, um ein comprehensive Engineering Information System innerhalb des integrierten Chemiekomplexes von Sadara in Jubail zu implementieren. Dieser award of additional scope im Wert von mehreren Millionen Dollar stellt eine Änderung des zuvor abgeschlossenen Vertrags dar, dessen Wert sich ebenfalls auf mehrere Millionen Dollar belief.  Rolta wurde aufgrund seiner einzigartigen Kombination höchster Kompetenzen im Bereich Engineering and Information Technology (IT) für dieses herausfordernde Projekt ausgewählt. Das Projekt wird von einem globalen Rolta-Team betreut, das in den Vereinigten Staaten, Indien und Saudi-Arabien tätig ist.

Sadara stellt eine ganz besondere Allianz zwischen dem saudi-arabischen Ölunternehmen (Saudi Aramco), einem der führenden Energielieferanten der Welt, und The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) dar, einem global führenden Unternehmen im Bereich science and technology. Mit einer Gesamtinvestition von 20 Milliarden US-Dollar ist Sadara nun dabei, einen integrated chemical complex in Jubail Industrial City II im Königreich Saudi-Arabien zu errichten und in Betrieb zu nehmen.
