Robbins & Myers Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

DAYTON, Ohio, March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc. (NYSE: RBN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a regular cash dividend payment of $0.0425 per share.

The dividend is payable on May 7, 2010 to shareholders of record as of April 6, 2010.

Robbins & Myers, Inc. is a leading supplier of engineered equipment and systems for critical applications in global energy, industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical markets.
