Resolute Health Incorporates Advanced Ventilator Technology for Enhanced Care of Patients Requiring Breathing Support

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Resolute Health announced today that it acquired the latest patient ventilator technology, designed to provide respiratory support for acutely ill patients in the intensive care unit.

This new technology provides clinicians with a simple, safe and smart way to care for ventilated patients in the acute care setting.

The ventilator is designed to help clinicians move patients off mechanical ventilation as soon as possible. Patients on mechanical ventilation are often sedated to ease agitation and help them tolerate breath support and other medical interventions. The ventilator features advanced synchrony tools that help clinicians set the ventilator to adapt to their patients' unique needs and help provide the appropriate level of support throughout the breath.
