Regulus to Present at Two Upcoming Investor Conferences

LA JOLLA, Calif., Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: RGLS), a biopharmaceutical company leading the discovery and development of innovative medicines targeting microRNAs, today announced that Kleanthis G. Xanthopoulos , Ph.D., President and CEO of Regulus, will present a company overview at the 15th Annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 1:00 pm EST.  Dr. Xanthopoulos will also present at the Leerink Swann Global Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 3:00 pm EST.  The conferences are being held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Each presentation will be webcast at the time of the presentation and can be accessed on the Investor Relations page of the Company's website at www.regulusrx.com.  A replay of each webcast will be archived on the Company's website for two weeks following the presentation date.
