Questcor Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012 Results

Full Year Financial ResultsNet sales for the full year of 2012 were $509.3 million, compared to $218.2 million in the full year of 2011. Cash flow from operations for the full year of 2012 was $219.0 million, compared to $85.6 million for the full year of 2011. GAAP earnings per share for the full year of 2012 were $3.14 per diluted common share, compared with $1.21 per diluted common share for the comparable period of 2011. Non-GAAP earnings per share for the full year ended December 31, 2012 were $3.33 per diluted common share, excluding non-cash
